Wordless Wednesday! Well, Sort of...

I'd like to start off by thanking everyone for their prayers for "Rescue". I will hopefully have an update about her tomorrow. Word is that she is in critical, but stable condition.

But for today, Wordless Wednesday, Sort of..., we are in the process of a "white out". The snow started last night and has been hitting us pretty much non-stop since. Here are two pictures, taken this morning at 10:00 am. One of our Redwood, (not normal in our area) and one of our brook.

The rest of the pictures are of Josie and her BFF Lily playing in the snow together this morning. Josie is wearing a her first sweater. How do you think she looks? Mah-velous!!!!

And for those of you who are wondering. My patient John is still in the hospital and in stable condition. His wife Gertrude is keeping the faith bedside. I was able to visit them with Josie this afternoon during a slight lull in the storm. But we had quite a ride getting home. Good thing for Subaru's!

Much Love to all of you. Woof Soon!

PS It's fun to play in the snow when you can run in it - but when it's over your head ... jeez! No fun!

  6. Josie...this is Scruffy...Lacie's "stoopid" brother" as she sweetly refers to me...

I just want you to know she's a TOTAL HEARTLESS FLIRT and YOU BETTER WARN GILLIE SOONEST...

He seems like a nice chap and we don't want her breakin' his heart...

    You're lovely, by the way!!!!

  7. Josie....Josie???? Are ya there, Girlie??? It's me Lacie...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to speak so sharply to Gillie on his bloggie...I sometimes JUST START TO SHRIEK AND CAN'T STOP...

(Lacie looks a bit chastised for a minute, but quickly regains her TRA LA LA LA attitude....)

Honestly, Josie...Gillie and I are going out for Valentine's Day...I do um well have several boyfriends...um well, maybe a feeeeeeeew more than several, (Lacie coughs and chokes a bit...) but

I just want you to know that I'm very pleased to meet you and that's totally cool you do therapy work in the hospital...

I've um never been invited to go to the hospital with Mumsie...she's a nurse...

She seems to think that I might GO BALLISTIC at the patients...or at least at those pesky walkers or crutches or wheelchairs or ....

Um...I don't think I'm cut out to be a therapy doggie...

Stop by and visit again...we'll add ya to our pack list!!!!!

Lakie kisses and don't listen to my stoopid brothers...

I shall be very careful of dear Gillie's feelings...
